Usually Nazryana has a hard time pooping on demand, even when she eats twice the usual amount before the shooting day so Queen asked her to take an enema before the session. So Nazryana filled up an enema bag with about 1.5 liters of lukewarm coffee, pumped up her bowels with air using a hand pump so the enema could flow in as deep as possible, then injected the coffee into her colon and then kept it inside for about a good 15 minutes, mostly in a candle position while flexing and relaxing her abs muscles.
